What counts as a 'door'?
A door is a unique residential address in your voter file. The door count is based on the precincts you select during setup. You only pay for precincts you actually canvass.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. Add or remove precincts, change your license count, or upgrade your tier anytime. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What's included in a license?
Each license is one user login — a canvasser, team lead, or admin. Your base plan includes 2 licenses. Additional licenses are $10/month each.
Do you support voter file imports?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise tiers support bulk voter file imports from standard state election board formats. We can also help with custom imports.
Is my campaign data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each campaign's data is fully isolated in its own database. We take voter data privacy seriously.
